We offer our surface
treatments to:
Our biggest clients include companies from paper and pharmaceutical industries as well as leading tank manufacturers and metal factories in the forest industry.
Our customer base is wide, as many industries heavily rely on stainless steel.
Electrochemical polishing is
suitable for:
- - paper industry
- - pharmaceutical industry
- - automotive industry
- - design and decorative objects

Electrochemical polishing
Electrochemical polishing is a very efficient way of cleaning and polishing stainless and acid proof steel. Electrochemical polishing takes place in a water-based solution, where electrical current removes matter from the surface layer thus smoothing and hardening the surface. The result is a clean and bright steel surface which is easy to keep clean.
Electrochemical polishing can be applied to objects of different shapes such as steel plates, pipes, meshes and tanks.
The process is very competitive in cleansing and polishing of complex objects such as meshes and pipe structures.
The sizes of tanks in our use are:
2900x1000x1650 mm
1900x1000x800 mm
Benefits of electrochemical polishing:
- - quality end result
- - best way of polishing complex objects
- - cost efficiency
- - improves corrosion prevention
- - makes an easy to clean surface
Pickling
Before polishing and painting an object, pickling is preferred. In the pickling process impurities, such as welding residue, are removed from the metal surface and the object is given a protective, passive surface which is easy to paint.
We use pickling tanks for smaller objects and spray pickling for larger ones.
Benefits of pickling:
- - cleans surfaces efficiently
- - gives objects a protective surface
- - creates a good base for painting
